Advance Bookings

We operate a booking system for the casual hire of our facilities, which can be made up to seven days in advance from 9.00am onwards.  To be fair to all of our customers, we only accept one booking per telephone call between 9.00am and 10.00am.

Arrangements for Special events or block bookings should be made through the Duty Managers.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for all bookings.  Customers giving less than 24 hours notice or those who fail to attend pre-booked activities will be charged for the activity in question.

In accordance with 6.3 of our Terms and Conditions, Isospa members who fail to attend pre-booked classes will also be charged the full casual fee for the activity in question, unless notification of cancellation is received prior to the commencement of the class.

Cancellations can be made by telephone, in person or by e-mail.  Customers with payments outstanding will be placed in default until full payment is received.  Further bookings will NOT be permitted until the outstanding payment has been cleared.
