Exercise Referral Scheme

This package offers people who are inactive or have a health condition the opportunity to participate in a range of exercise opportunities such as gentle aerobics, gym sessions at Burscough Sports Centre.  Contact your local GP  if you think you would benefit from taking part in this scheme.
