Introduction

Due to Customer demands, the pool timetable is subject to change.  Please ensure that you check with reception for any weekend changes.

25m Main Pool

Kept at 28 degrees this is the perfect environment to swim lengths.  The pool has at a depth between 0.9 m and 2.0m

12m Teaching Pool

This pool offers a range of activities from swimming lessons to aqua aerobics and family swim sessions.  The pool is between step depth and 0.9m.

Ratios for Swimming

Under 8’s Policy

A responsible person, aged at least 16 years of age, should accompany all children under the age of 8 years into the pools.

Children under the age of 4 years of age should be accompanied by a responsible person, aged at least 16 years, in the ration of 2 children to 1 responsible person.

Children aged between 4 and 7 years of age should be accompanied by a responsible person, aged at least 16 years, in the ratio of 2 children to 1 responsible person.

However having undertaken appropriate risk assessments we are pleased to offer, as part of the programme, an increased ratio of 1 responsible person to 3 children under the age of 4 years of age during the Family sessions only.
