Our programme of 50+ activitieshave been designed specifically for those over the age of 50 toincrease movement, flexibility and strength as well as helping to keepyou fit and active.
You can participate in a range of activities including the Fitness Suite, adapted circuit sessions, yoga, badminton and table tennis.
Our friendly instructors can start you off in the gym by giving you an induction- you can then do as much or as little as you want.
The sessions are a great way of keeping active as well as meeting new friends.
