Our programme of 50+ activities have been designed specifically for those over the age of 50 to increase movement, flexibility and strength as well as helping to keep you fit and active.
You can participate in a range of activities including the Fitness Suite, adapted circuit sessions, yoga, badminton and table tennis.
Our friendly instructors can start you off in the gym by giving you an induction- you can then do as much or as little as you want.
The sessions are a great way of keeping active as well as meeting new friends.
