For these purposes, the information may be stored, processed and may be passed on to other carefully selected organisations relevant to the products and services you have purchased from us.

Any text, images, graphics, sound files, animation files, video files and their arrangement on this website are subject to copyright and other intellectual property protection. These objects may not be copied for commercial use or distribution nor reposted to other sites. This site may also contain images that are subject to third party copyright.

Please note the images used in this website are used to portray the types of facilities and activities available and be representative of the customer base. Actual facilities may vary from what is shown.

The Bookings and Cancellations Policy is as follows:

  • Can be made in person, by phone or online
  • Can be made online at least 8 days in advance from 07:00hrs.
  • Can be made by telephone or in person (subject to availability) 7 days in advance from 09:00hrs.
  • Customers will need their membership number to make a booking with any discounts thier memebership may include.
  • To receive a booking number, customers can register free of charge online or attend their chosen Centre in person to complete a short application form.
  • 14 and 15 year olds are permitted to participate in Aqua Tone classes under the supervision of a responsible adult. For all other workout classes, permission must be gained from the Centre Manager.
  • All bookings (for which a fee is applicable) should be paid for at the time of booking.
  • Booking cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Any customers failing to attend a booking within the defined period may, at the discretion of the centre manager, attend a lter session on the same day if spces are available.
  • Classes/activities may be cancelled up to 09:00hrs on the day of the class/activity.  Full and half pitch must be cancelled 2 days prior to the commencement of the booking.
  • All customers failing to cancel a booking within the defined period, or failing to attend a pre-booked activity will be charged the full fee for the activity in question.
  • Customers with payments outstanding will NOT be permitted to book/attend activities until the outstanding payment has been cleared.
  • Booking customers cancelling in line with this cancellation policy will receive a credit which can be redeemed against future .
  • Cancellations can be made by phone, online or in person.
  • Direct debit membership cancellations have to be made in writing, as per the terms and conditions which can be found at the bottom of this page.

Behaviour Policy

The facility has a zero tolerance approach to unacceptable verbal and physical behaviour directed towards staff and customers.

Behaviour that is regarded as unacceptable includes but is not limited to:

  • Excessive shouting
  • Swearing
  • Harassment
  • Bullying
  • Discrimination
  • Threats

Any unacceptable behaviour will be taken very seriously and may result in the immediate ejection from the centre and the permanent exclusion of offenders.

Terms and Conditions

Superhero competition “Win 6 months all-inclusive membership”

We’ve teamed up with our Gyms/Leisure Centres across the country to bring you this competition to Win 6 month’s all-inclusive membership.

  • The ‘prize’ is 6 month all-inclusive membership.
  • Entry is open to residents of the UK
  • Participants must be over the age of 16
  • Use of a false name or email address will result in disqualification.
  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • The ‘promoter’ is Serco Leisure.
  • Entries to this competition may only be made via Facebook.
  • Only one entry per person.
  • The ‘winner’ will be selected by random and will be contacted by the management team at Serco Leisure after the closing date.
  • The closing date for the competition is 1st May 2017.
  • The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
  • The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name(s) and photograph(s) and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Serco Leisure relating to any post-winning publicity.
  • Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
  • Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
  • Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s).
